What are they doing to help?  Water for life filed suit to protect individuals who OWRD failed to notify in the adjudication, and we are engaged in a public relations campaign to protect irrigated agriculture.

What are they doing to help? The Resource Conservancy is saddled with the legal costs defending the Adair case a landmark case which if reopened could spell serious trouble for irrigated agriculture, throughout the West.  Read more about Adair.

What are they doing to help?  The Sprague River Water Resource Foundation is protecting water users on the Sprague River and they are engaged in an important legal argument in the adjudication.  The Federal government is trying to file for water rights post 1909 in the Pre 1909 adjudication.  If the government is successful it will open up the entire state to new adjudications.  There will not be any area where "we have already been adjudicated".  If the Sprague River Water Resource Foundation in not successful, the Klamath Crisis is sure to be statewide.
